Fallout 4 Creation Kit Deutsch Download

My PC is just about good enough to run Skyrim, but as Fallout 4 is more demanding and I hear doesn't play well with AMD chipsets I simply haven't bothered until now. I'm absolutely sure my PC can run the CK, and if there's a Steam sale when I have a bit of spare cash I'll probably get it in a shot regardless of whether I could actually even run.
